Yes! Once logged into your Green Roads account, you can manage your selections under the Subscriptions tab in the Account menu.
Unfortunately, No. We currently provide a 20% discount to all recurring subscription orders (and 50% off every 5th order). We only allow 1 discount per order, additional promotions cannot be applied. You can, however; pause your subscription at any time and place a one-time order to take advantage of an alternative promotion we may be offering at that time.

No, you cannot cancel via text at this time. To cancel a subscription order, please log in to your account at Green Roads CBD - Buy CBD Oil, CBD Gummies & CBD Topicals Online , click on My Account, then "Subscriptions" to edit the frequency. To avoid your card being charged, please cancel two business days before your ship date. If your subscription order leaves our facility before cancellation, the return will be assessed a $10 restocking fee. (Ex. If your charge date falls on a Monday, please cancel by 6pm ET the Thursday prior.)

Yes! You will earn 1 point per $1 spent. For every 20 points, you earn $1 cashback in loyalty points to be used towards a future order.
We will try to resend your products every 6 days if they are out of stock. We will make this effort up to 6 times. If you want to replace an existing product in your order with a new one, please contact customer service.
No! By signing up for a product subscription, you are entitled to Free Shipping on every Auto-Shipped order.
No, we do not offer a trial subscription. After initial sign-up, your Auto-ship account may be altered or canceled by reaching out to Customer Support or visiting your Green Roads Account Settings Menu on our website.
