At-Home Coffee Drink Basics
Are you a first-time at-home barista?
Here’s what you need to know before making your first fall coffee recipe!
Can I make espresso without a dedicated machine?
Yes! There are widely available budget-friendly alternatives to a traditional espresso machine, such as an AeroPress, Moka Pot, or French press.
Can I make an espresso-based drink, like a latte, without using espresso?
You can achieve the taste of a latte-style drink with regular brewed coffee. Simply make your desired amount of coffee. Then, use steamed milk and syrups to replace your coffee creamer.
Can I replace milk with an alternative?
Yes. Feel free to use your preferred dairy-free alternative in place of dairy milk. Oat milk, coconut milk, almond milk, and soy milk all steam up nicely and taste great over ice, too.
How do I froth milk without a steamer?
You can easily replicate a latte texture at home without a steamer. Popular methods include the mason jar method, a battery-operated frothing wand, french press, or vigorous whisking. And a blender also works in a pinch, too! No matter which technique you choose, heat your milk to about 140-145 degrees beforehand. Then, texturize until it reaches the consistency of melted ice cream.

What is Hemp Flower Coffee?
And no, a quick chug before you head out the door won’t do the trick. For best results, you’ll need to give your body ample time to hydrate. Start increasing your water intake 48 to 24 hours before you take your workout outside.
How is Hemp Flower Coffee Made?
Our beans are grown on the lush landscape of a Colombian ridge in a protected sliver of paradise. When the beans are perfectly ripened, they’re harvested under the full moon because that’s when the nectar surrounding them is at its sweetest.
Once the beans have been harvested, American-grown hemp is added. Our closely guarded process results in a smooth blend — rich with beneficial cannabinoids. Like every Green Roads product, each batch is then tested by an independent lab to ensure both the quality and taste live up to our rigorous standards. Then, the beans are carefully packaged to ensure each cup you brew is fresh and delicious.
